Questions with regard to the status of the handling of such claims should be directed to AIG. Please be prepared to provide specific claim information to the operator who will locate the claim and connect you with the appropriate claim adjuster.
Claims presented under the State’s property policy or claims for mine subsidence are handled by the West Virginia Board of Risk and Insurance Management (BRIM) directly. Inquiry should be made to the assigned Claims Representative at (304) 766-2646 or (800) 345-4669.
